What Is Procrastination Costing You?

"Let us reflect on what is truly of value in life, what gives meaning to our lives, and set our priorities on the basis of that."

- Dalai Lama

What is your procrastination costing you?

Every day that you don't take action is a lost opportunity.

It might cost you time, money, health, and happiness.

If you are tolerating things in your life that don't fulfill you or make you happy to keep the status quo, you are playing small.

Everything has a cost, and putting off what will make you happy and feel fulfilled sends the message that your needs don't matter.

Telling yourself that you don't have time or that it's selfish are stories you tell yourself to stay stuck.

Note, it's not about all or nothing. It's all about taking steps.

For example, if you want to run a marathon, you don't run a marathon all at once when you're training.

You create a schedule, and you start where ever you are.

The key is consistency, so although the achievement at the end of all the training is running a marathon, the achievement is also in the

steps you take and how you honor yourself in accomplishing those shorter runs. The accomplishment is also in the self-trust you gain

for doing what you set out to do.

When you work on becoming the best version of yourself, you also aren't the only one who benefits.

Your family and those around you benefit as well because they get to experience you living your potential.

Stop trying to contort yourself to make yourself satisfied with the status quo. The status quo is old, boring, and of no use to you.

Life is for creating and living to the fullest, not tolerating it.

I will work with you to uncover why you're holding yourself back from living the life you sincerely want.

Just hit the reply button if you have any questions, and I will get back to you.

Have a beautiful day and weekend ahead! XO
